Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of classroom management on student learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative methods with quasi-experimental techniques. Instrumental data collection takes the form of observations, questionnaires and tests. The research population was 335 people and the sample was 37 people. The research uses several regression tests with hypothesis testing at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence. Based on the results of the Anova test, the significance value is 0.048. It can be stated that the classroom management variable has a significant influence on student learning outcome variables. Based on the R test, it was obtained 0.327, indicating that the correlation or relationship between learning outcome variables and classroom management is included in the strong category, meaning that 10.7% of student learning outcomes can be explained by classroom management variables. The remaining 89.3% is explained by other variables outside this research.

       Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari manajemen kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik eksperimen semu. Pengumpulan data instrumen berupa observasi, angket dan test. Populasi penelitian adalah 335 orang dan sampelnya 37 orang. Penelitian menggunakan beberapa uji regresi dengan uji hipotesis pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan berdasarkan hasil uji Anova nilai signifikansi 0,048 dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel manajemen kelas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel hasil belajar siswa
. Berdasarkan uji R diperoleh 0,327 menunjukkan bahwa korelasi atau hubungan antara variabel hasil belajar dan manajemen kelas termasuk dalam kategori kuat, dapat diartikan 10,7% hasil belajar siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel manajemen kelas. Sisanya 89,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
