MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP NEGERI 2 PRONOJIWO

Abstract

Student management is a learning process starting from planning student
admissions as well as coaching that is carried out while students are at the institution
from entering school until graduation. The aim of this research is to find out the
management of students at SMP Negeri 2 Pronojiwo, Lumajang district. The method
used in this research is qualitative in the form of descriptive analysis, namely research
that aims to describe a condition or characteristic as analyzed using qualitative
analysis techniques. The techniques used in this research are observation, interviews
and comments. Based on the research results, it shows. Based on the research results,
it shows that the management of students at SMP Negeri 2 Pronojiwo can be seen
from students who prioritize the school literacy movement program which fosters the
habit of reading, and several activities in it such as: reciting the Qur'an and dhuha
prayers in congregation before learning begins.
